Who is Win Win Housing Solutions?

We’re a family-owned business who focuses on helping homeowners like you find solutions for your housing problem. Whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell your house for any number of reasons.

 

James is the son of both a building construction engineer and real estate broker, who grew up working around his parent’s construction sites and open houses. At 18 years of age, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he developed critical character building leadership traits such as honor and integrity, and ultimately earned an honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, as well as to complete a prestigious certificate program at Utrecht University in Europe. After a brief yet enriching career in education, where he taught World History, American History, and U.S. Government at the high school level, he embarked upon an inevitable career in real estate. James purchased his first investment property in the late ’90s, which sparked his new career as a real estate investor and ignited a new passion. After becoming licensed in 2000, James focused on brokering deals for beginning investors as well as first time home buyers, two demographics he felt driven to work with. In 2001 he co-founded his own brokerage, Palow Properties International, and marketed properties around the U.S., Europe, and Latin America to professional investors, vacation home buyers, and retired expats looking to live an international lifestyle. His eye for good deals, creative strategies, and “win-win” business approach enabled him to successfully match the goals of motivated sellers with hopeful buyers, a niche he has grown since 2005, and a mission to which he is personally committed. The latest project he is working on, Barracks to Bungalows, aims to provide a special outreach to military veterans with the goal of helping these veterans achieve the dream of homeownership.

 

 

Real estate broker

Irene has long been an entrepreneur involved in multiple industries, having owned several businesses since 1968. As a young lady, Irene was educated at a prestigious private school in Lausanne, Switzerland; where she learned the nuances of international business and became fluent in several languages to include English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. Upon her return to the U.S., she briefly worked as a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines during the “golden age” of commercial aviation and traveled across the world. She purchased her first modest investment property in the late 1960s, and went on to build an international portfolio that facilitated her passion for travel. Irene began brokering real estate in 1975,  later becoming a real estate broker, and has worked for many national brand names such as Century 21 and ERA, earning industry recognition and numerous awards. In 2001 she co-founded her brokerage, Palow Properties International, which was one of the Top 10 Brokerages in Central Florida for sales volume in 2005. Her warm personalized service and dedication to her clients has earned her immeasurable success over the years and has established her in an industry where 97% of her business comes from the referrals of satisfied clients who have become personal friends. Her current business focus is primarily on providing lease option opportunities for first time home buyers, and in helping home sellers sell their properties on terms at the best price possible.

 

 

  Sarah has owned and operated businesses for over 20 years in Canada. Now living in the U.S., Sarah’s business acumen combined with her eye for design has translated into an extraordinary ability and foresight to spot properties that could be a “diamond in the rough”. Sarah spent over 5 years living in Paris, France learning the fine art of Haute Couture and was certified by one of Chanel’s prestigious atelier design houses. Although relatively new to real estate, Sarah now uses her business skills by connecting with home buyers who want to have a home that is not only functional but also stylish. She understands that people want to love their home and personalize it to make it theirs, no matter if they are first time home buyers or experienced homeowners “trading up”. She has helped many sellers prepare their homes to meet buyer’s modern expectations and has also guided buyers in helping them see the potential in a house that can be transformed into the home of their dreams.
